$200.00 Per Hour Over 100 Images ****Minimum 2 Hours**** If additional hours are needed, we must be notified via email and a minimum of 30 days before the date of your event. Additional hour fees will be added to your remaining balance. ****Late Policy: If you or your client is late, the photographer will not stay past the agreed time of event coverage. **** No Exceptions !!!! Downloading Pin# Number for downloading images. Rights reserved to you for printing purposes. **** %50 of session fee NONREFUNDABLE retainer is required to hold appointment. ****Rescheduling/Cancellations - Rescheduling for new time and date requires a new retainer fee. ****Emergencies are up to the discretion of the photographer. ****Bad weather is up to the discretion of the photographer ****Expect final edits 10-15 business days after your event. (Weekends and Holidays are not considered business days.) ****Event Photography retainer fees cannot be transferred to a Portrait or Branding Session****
